Overview of Oil-Air system
This system continuously supplies a small amount of lubricating oil using the flow of compressed air. It is adaptable to both large and small equipment, and has various advantages compared to oil mist lubrication or grease lubrication.

Function
From a single pump unit, lubricating oil is delivered, in short intervals(with timer operation), via pipes to multiple mixing valves(mixing distribution valves) placed near the lubrication points. The lubricating oil, distributed in precise quantities by these mixing valves, is then pushed to the lubrication points by the force of the air.

High technology
- This system continuously supplies a small amount of lubricating oil using the flow of compressed air.
- The lubricating oil is carried to the lubrication points by compressed air, which forms turbulence and spirals along the pipe walls.
- The action of compressed air also provides cooling for bearings and prevents foreign matter from entering.
Features
- Only the minimum required amount of lubricating oil is supplied, reducing oil consumption.
- Although the mixing valves operate intermittently, the lubricating oil is continuously supplied to the lubrication points.
- The internal pressure of bearings becomes higher than external pressure due to the supply air pressure, preventing foreign matter and water from entering.
- Since the lubricating oil is transported through the pipe walls, it does not form an oil mist, preventing atmospheric contamination by oil mist.
- Fresh lubricating oil is constantly supplied, improving reliability.
- As the lubricating oil is supplied by compressed air, there are no restrictions on the installation direction of the pipes.
- Compared to grease lubrication, the maintainability of bearings is significantly improved.
- In the dual-line system, the mixing valve is of variable capacity type, allowing for easy adjustment of the oil supply to lubrication points.
- In the dual-line system, changing the number of lubrication points is easy.
Application
This system is adopted in industries such as heavy machinery rolling mills, wire drawing mills, mill stands, continuous casting machines, spindle bearings, machine tools, chain lubrication, and other fields.
System Configuration
There are single-line and dual-line configurations.
It mainly consists of a pump unit, mixing valves, distributors, and air equipment.
