Overview of Dual Line System
The Dual Line system is suitable for centralized lubrication of long-distance or large-scale machinery and equipment. It features a pressure-assured circuit consisting of 2 or 4 main pipe lines, offering high scalability that allows for easy adjustment to add or reduce the number of distribution valves.

Features
①The piping from the pump to the distribution valve consists of two pipe lines.
②Even if a blockage occurs, the system can continue to operate.
③The discharge amount can be adjusted by the screw on the distribution valve.
④Distribution valves can be easily added or reduced.
【Important Note】
It is necessary to check regularly to ensure that the distribution valve is operating properly.

Electric Short-loop System
Automatic operation can be performed according to a timer schedule by electric pump and control panel. The piping line for grease supply is switched based on the set pressure of the reversing valve. Since there is no return piping, the piping installation is relatively easy. This system is suitable for equipment with lubrication points arranged in a long, straight line or spread over a wide area.

Electric Loop System
The reversing valve switches based on return pressure, providing high reliability. Since the main line forms a loop, this system is suitable for equipment with concentrated lubrication points.

Electric End System
Since the reversing valve operates by detecting the pressure at the end of the pipe, it offers high reliability. Electric wiring is required, but piping costs can be kept low compared to a loop system. It is suitable for equipment where the lubrication points are aligned in a straight line or scattered over a wide area.
