Chemical cleaning
Pickling treatment is a process where metals are immersed in an acidic solution to remove oxides, foreign matter, rust, and other contaminants from the metal surface.
This process is used to remove scale and heavy rust from pipes, prefabricated pipes, and other metal products through acid pickling.
Additionally, we also handle oil flushing and pressure testing for prefabricated pipes.
Pickling treatment
For general carbon steel, an acid solution primarily composed of hydrochloric acid is used, while for stainless steel, a mixed solution of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid is used for immersion and pickling.
Rust Prevention Treatment
After pickling, a nitrous acid solution is used for neutralization and rust prevention to protect the surface.
This process is not applied to stainless steel.
In-House facility
We own large pickling tanks and are capable of pickling long pipes. We also have two 2.8t cranes and one 1.2t crane, which allow us to handle heavy objects.
