Overview

A forced circulation lubrication system is a recirculating lubrication unit designed for large, high-speed, and heavy-load machinery. The supplied oil is collected, filtered, and cooled before being adjusted for temperature and pressure and then redistributed to each lubrication point.

Since the lubrication oil is continuously filtered and temperature-controlled within the system, its degradation is minimized, significantly extending the replacement cycle. This not only prolongs the lifespan of machinery but also contributes to energy savings and cost reduction.

Advantages and features of KOWA’s forced circulation lubricator and other units

We design and manufacture lubrication systems, hydraulic units, and units compatible with water and gas to meet a wide range of customer requirements.
By completing all processes—design, chemical cleaning, assembly, painting, electrical wiring, and inspection—at our ISO 9001-certified in-house factory, we ensure high quality, cost efficiency, and excellent delivery management.

Design using 3D-CAD

We are capable of providing design solutions using 3D-CAD(SOLIDWORKS). Currently, 90% of our designs are done with 3D-CAD, so we can also accommodate requests from overseas clients for 3D-CAD data submissions. In terms of 3D-CAD, we take pride in being ahead of many other companies in the same industry in Japan. The introduction of 3D-CAD has brought significant benefits, such as ensuring the verification of pipe interference and avoiding potential troubles.

We establish work standards for each process to ensure the production of safe and high-quality products. The maximum unit size we can manufacture is: 6000mm in length, 3200mm in width, and 3100mm in height.

We have a pickling facility in our factory.

We own a pickling facility within our factory. Typically, pickling is done after welding; however, we perform pickling on the material before welding to prevent pickling defects and improve the workability of the welding process. Although this adds an extra step, having our own pickling facility allows us to offer quick delivery times.

We have a proven track record of inspecting various units for power plants, refineries, gas plants, and water treatment facilities. Additionally, with our well-equipped inspection facilities, we can conduct inspections tailored to meet any customer’s specific requirements.

Features

●Non-destructive Testing:JIS Z2305
Penetrant Testing:Level 2 certificate
RT testing and PMI testing are also available (outsourced)
●Inspection equipment
①Foreign Object Inspection usinf fiber scope:Foreign objects, damage, and welding conditions inside the unit can be visually inspected.
②Frequency Converter:Capable of operating at 50Hz/60Hz.
③Step-up Transformer::Since nearly 90% of our units are for overseas end users, we can accommodate various voltage requirements, up to a maximum of AC690V.
④Automated Test Recording Unit:By managing the oil temperature and filtering through a filter, this unit enables inspection combined with flushing.
⑤Flushing Evaluation Equipment:Two types of measurements can be made, using a contamination kit and a particle counter.
